Shipping Policy – Critters3D

At Critters3D, we’re committed to getting your items to you quickly, safely, and reliably. Since many of our products are made to order, please review the details below before placing your order.


Processing Time

All items are 3D printed to order.

  • Processing time: 0–5 business days
  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays)
  • During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.


Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

Critters3D is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error

If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately—we’ll do our best to fix it before shipment.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been handed off to the carrier, it is out of our control.

  • If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll help you file a claim
  • If your package is marked delivered but not received, we recommend checking with neighbors or your local carrier first

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging

We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
