Critters3D 7-Day Return Policy

At Critters3D, we want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused and in original condition
• Items must be returned in their original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following are not eligible for return:

• Custom or personalized items
• Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll make it right quickly.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
• Please allow 3–7 business days for processing after approval

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service
